Your Tasks

Are you ready to shape the architectural foundation of enterprise infrastructure? As an Infrastructure Architect, you’ll lead the design of resilient, scalable, and secure platform landscapes across hybrid cloud and data center environments. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with strategic foresight to define future-ready infrastructure architectures and help build one of the best scaling HCI platforms. Do you want to lead architecture initiatives that drive innovation and resilience? Here are some core responsibilities of this role:

• You will design and evolve infrastructure architectures for hybrid cloud and data center environments.
• You will develop capacity and performance models across compute, storage, and networking.
• You will plan and evaluate high-availability and disaster recovery concepts.
• You will moderate architecture reviews and produce technical decision documents.
• You will define technical standards and guardrails in collaboration with engineering and business teams.

Do you combine strategic thinking with hands-on infrastructure expertise? Have you led architecture projects across virtualization, networking, and storage domains? Are you confident in communicating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders? We believe the following skills and experiences will help you to be successful in this role:

• Extensive experience in infrastructure and platform architecture (e.g., virtualization (Harvester), data center, network).
• Deep knowledge of HA/DR, storage systems, and load balancers.
• Proven track record in leading technical architecture projects and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or ArchiMate (certification is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and ideally German.
