Your Tasks
Are you passionate about organizing complex environments and building strong partnerships? As our Datacenter Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in coordinating our colocation infrastructure, managing providers, and ensuring smooth operations across our datacenter landscape. Join a team that’s building a European alternative to email and cloud services—designed to protect privacy, uphold digital rights, and give users control over their data under European law.
Do you enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Are you skilled at managing vendors, aligning resources, and communicating across teams? Want to help shape the backbone of a privacy-first cloud platform?
- You coordinate with colocation providers to ensure service quality, SLA compliance, and operational transparency.
- You align rack space and power capacity with stakeholder demand through structured planning and monitoring.
- You organize hardware and spare parts logistics, including procurement, inventory, and delivery coordination.
- You manage Remote Hands services and ensure accurate execution of onsite tasks.
- You maintain clear, customer-focused documentation and communication for all datacenter-related activities.

- Proven experience in datacenter operations, infrastructure planning, or vendor management.
- Solid understanding of colocation environments and hardware logistics (a technical background is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and vendors.
- Fluent in both German and English.
