Join us as Team Lead Infrastructure & Network Services (f/m/d) and take full ownership of our infrastructure platform. You’ll lead a skilled team, collaborate across departments, and ensure the stability, agility, and continuous improvement of our systems.

• Lead and develop a cross-functional infrastructure team covering networking, load balancing, security, virtualization, and platform operations.
• Ensure the stability, scalability, and agility of system infrastructure through strategic planning and operational excellence.
• Drive infrastructure projects, support architectural decisions, and promote automation and standardization.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including DevOps, software engineering, product management, and compliance.
• Represent your team in change and risk management processes and foster continuous improvement through RCA and coaching.

Then we’d love to hear from you! To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field — or equivalent practical experience.
• Several years of experience in network architecture, virtualization, system engineering, IT security, or automation.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VLAN/VXLAN, MPLS, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing (L4/L7, TLS offloading).
• Expertise in virtualization (KVM, KubeVirt), distributed storage (Ceph, ZFS, Longhorn), and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki), and experience in RCA and architecture alignment across teams.
