Your Tasks

Millions of customers use our brands GMX, WEB.DE, 1&1 and mail.com every day, generating billions of requests. Our team develops systems to detect and prevent identity and resource misuse. You will work with experienced architects and developers, contributing with your initiative and independent work style.

• Develop, test, deploy, and monitor scalable filter pipelines and transformation processes that extract relevant metrics and features from billions of events.
• Data management, versioning, etc., in a Data Lake.
• Implement high-performance ML inference services for critical applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software developers to optimize and scale ML models.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions through monitoring and performance analysis.

We Appreciate

Do you have a degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or comparable professional experience?

• You have several years of experience as a backend software developer.
• You have excellent programming skills in Python, as well as experience with PySpark, SQL/Trino, Numpy.
• You have expertise in handling large datasets and distributed systems.
• You have experience with Gitlab/deployment pipelines and Kubernetes, monitoring systems like Grafana and Prometheus are a plus.
