Tasks

• Demonstrated extensive experience in software testing methodologies, including manual, automated, performance, and regression testing, with a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  
• Responsibilities include testing system software, Linux kernel components, kernel modules, and system provisioning software.
  
• Focus on developing, maintaining, and enhancing automated test scripts and frameworks using Bash and Python.
  
• Perform manual testing as needed to ensure comprehensive test coverage and accurate feature verification.
  
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  
• Define test strategies, develop automated testing frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and ensure adherence to software quality standards and best practices.

Technologies & Tools You will work with:

• Automation & Testing: Bash, Python
• Gitlab/Github CI/CD
• Test Management & Documentation: Jira, Confluence

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in manual and automated system software testing.
• Experience with testing system software (kernel modules, storage systems) is a must.
• Experience in writing and maintaining automated test scripts using testing frameworks and programming languages like bash, python.
• Good to have: Knowledge and experience in Go.
