We will provide you with in-depth insights into a variety of tasks and allow you to gain your first professional experiences.

Tasks

• You will support us in conducting personnel development processes and using the appropriate tools and systems.
• Together with the team, we optimize existing measures and processes, such as onboarding, leadership development programs, change management, etc.
• You will be involved in the conception, implementation, and execution of innovative initiatives, trainings, and workshops, for example, in the further development of corporate and leadership culture, roadshows, etc.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone who enjoys thoroughly engaging with topics and proactively driving them forward.
• Your field of study is secondary for us; more important are your motivation and enthusiasm for personal and organizational development topics, as well as your willingness to learn and contribute.
• We value working as equals and open, honest communication, independent of hierarchies.
