Tasks

  • To continue on this path, we are looking for a motivated team leader who will work closely with their team and the interfaces to ensure this first-class support.
  • You will offer our employees optimal support for their further development. You will also be responsible for leading and managing your team, as well as achieving quality and sales targets.
  • Supplemented by your individual coaching, you will ensure optimal knowledge transfer.
  • You will also be involved in the implementation of projects and be the operational contact person.

Qualifications

  • You have completed technical or commercial vocational training or have very good experience in a managerial position in Customer Service. You are also characterized by the following

  •  Excellent communication to be able to inspire in written and verbal form.

  • You are also versatile and diplomatic, always dedicated to efficient productivity.

  • You have a strong service-oriented mindset with a relentless drive to improve on behalf of clients and experience in providing sales support to clients.

  • Knowledge of hosting and/or server administration (e.g. Linux) is also desirable.

  • Fluency in French and a good command of English round off your profile.
