We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Head of Global Talent Acquisition to develop and implement our global talent acquisition strategy. The Head of Global Talent Acquisition is responsible for the technical leadership of the global recruitment team and ensuring that our organization is staffed with the best talents globally.

Tasks

  • Expert leadership of the global talent acquisition team to attract the best talents worldwide.
  • Establish effective global reporting to continuously improve talent acquisition.
  • Implementing best practices and innovative technologies as well as designing and structuring the department to ensure efficient and successful talent acquisition.
  • Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy that reflects the needs and goals of the organization.
  • Collaboration with business units to adapt the recruitment strate
  • Analyze talent acquisition metrics on a global level to measure success and make continuous improvements.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related subject. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Several years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally at a global level.
  • Experience in using various applicant tracking systems, especially Greenhouse. sp;
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing international teams.p;
  • Strong stakeholder management in business and at C-level.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with different cultures and stakeholders global
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement global goals and strategies.
