Our department is responsible for the order and contract processes at IONOS, which are used thousands of times a day by our customers. We therefore play a central role in our system landscape.
We are now looking for a Business Analyst to act as a link in one of our development teams.
Tasks
- As a Business Analyst, you will be part of an agile development team that is currently evolving towards scaled agile frameworks
- You will contribute your expertise and ideas to further develop and improve the setup together
- You will work closely with the product owner, stakeholders and other development teams to drive the product roadmap of our department and overall business system platform
- Our product is a business system platform that provides the mapping of IONOS' business relationships with its product users and orchestrates changes to these across the system landscape. e.g. ordering, cancellation, master data changes We offer a wide range of conferences and communities that you can use for your further development - whether as a speaker or listener
Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, ideally with knowledge of agile methods
- You are familiar with scaled agile projects such as LeSS or Nexus or are interested in developing further in this direction
- You are characterised by initiative, creative thinking and a strong creative drive
