Tasks
We are looking for an ambitious individual to enrich our Machine Learning team in the Customer Intelligence division, who take over the following responsibilities:
- Developing and optimizing Machine Learning solutions in the area of Customer Success Management, such as product recommendations and target audience identification.
- Proactively coordinating project details with stakeholders in the business units.
- Covering all phases of ML projects: acquiring domain knowledge, accessing the data foundation, selecting appropriate methods, training and evaluating models, and ensuring their integration into existing processes.
Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field of study (Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Psychology with a quantitative focus, or similar) and several years of relevant professional experience.
- Very good knowledge and practical experience with Python and SQL, as well as common Machine Learning libraries such as Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, Keras, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience in ML Operations and the Machine Learning Lifecycle (e.g., model and data version control, evaluation of machine learning systems, model deployment, etc.).
- Practical experience with Linux systems and good coding practices and ideally basic knowledge in software development are advantageous
- Proactive and confident communication skills in German and English (fluent in one of the languages, B2+ level in the other)
