Our HR team is passionately dedicated to the foundation of our corporate success: our employees. To continue on this successful path, we are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist who will work on central compensation topics together with relevant HR partners. Join our HR team and shape the future of HR with us!

  • Responsibility for all matters concerning Compensation & Benefits for the IONOS Group and advising executives and HR business partners.
  • Managing Compensation & Benefits projects, benchmark analyses, job gradings, and job catalogs for the various brands and companies within the IONOS Group.
  • Planning and implementing a modern Compensation & Benefits strategy in close coordination with the international HR colleagues from different countries.
  • Analyzing and evolving compensation and bonus systems for the IONOS Group.
  • Good knowledge of various providers for salary benchmarks and position evaluations.
  • Preparing analyses and reports on relevant Compensation & Benefits key figures and deriving improvement measures.
  • Managing collaboration with the IONOS board as well as all responsible HR functions, the group holding company, and external stakeholders (payroll service providers, auditors, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of studies (Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance) or a comparable education in the field of Compensation & Benefits, Personnel, or Controlling.
  • Solid professional experience in Compensation & Benefits or Finance/Controlling, preferably in an international environment.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, as well as stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of contemporary compensation models and systems, as well as current trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, SAP HCM is desirable.
  • Hands-on mentality and independent work ethic.
  • Fluency in English and German, both spoken and written.
