Tasks

Our technical support team, consisting of system administrators, provides our international business customers with round-the-clock technical support for all technical aspects of the products, services and features offered by IONOS Cloud. This includes the handling and resolution of incidents, service and information requests, as well as assisting our customers in the successful implementation and operation of their setups on our products.

  • Together with your team, you will drive the development of our technical support and its capabilities.
  • Ensuring the quality of our technical support for our customers.
  • You will actively participate in the day-to-day business and become a specialist for the products and services we offer.
  • Fulfill your commitments. Ensure that the team's objectives are in line with the overall company objectives. Measure performance indicators and continuously improve the effectiveness of your team.
  • Together with your team members and other team leaders, develop ideas and work towards creating a self-organizing team.
  • Inspire and motivate the team. Create a healthy climate of trust and a strong sense of ownership and empowerment.

Qualifications

  • You have more than 3 years of relevant experience as a system administrator/engineer and as a team leader.
  • You are familiar with complex IT infrastructures and their maintenance and operation.
  • Strong skills in working and developing workflows and processes according to ITIL.
  • You appreciate working in an agile, cross-functional environment and enjoy working independently.
  • High level of self-organization and interest in designing and developing technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills, committed team player and hands-on mentality.
  • Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members and clients.
  • A positive attitude towards problem solving and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and an eye for detail.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English and German.
