We are looking for a dynamic and service-oriented individual to take on the central role of Workplace Experience Manager (f/m/d) in shaping our working environment. Tasks

  • As Workplace Experience Manager, you are the central point of contact for an outstanding employee experience and ensure a productive and engaging environment at our office locations in southern Germany.
  • Development and implementation of a holistic workplace experience strategy.
  • Regular collection, analysis and evaluation of employee feedback to identify potential for optimisation.
  • Active participation in shaping and promoting a positive corporate culture.
  • Acting as the central point of contact for all employees for questions relating to the workplace and the office, and ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations (office and facility management).
  • Managing and coordinating external service providers (e.g. cleaning, catering, maintenance).
  • Responsibility for ordering, managing and optimising office equipment and consumables.
  • Compliance with all health, safety and compliance regulations.
  • Conceptual design and further development of the physical working environment to promote collaboration and well-being.
  • Monitoring and analysis of space utilisation to ensure efficient use of space.
  • Planning and coordination of internal office relocations and minor conversions/renovations.

Qualifications

  • Education: Completed degree (e.g. facility or hospitality management) or comparable qualified training with relevant professional experience.
  • Professional experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in office/workplace management, facility management or hospitality/guest services.
  • Project management: Proven experience in planning and managing small to medium-sized projects (e.g. office relocations) .
  • Service provider management: Experience in selecting, managing and negotiating with external suppliers.
  • Language skills: Business fluent German and very good written and spoken English.
