We are looking for a motivated QA Engineer to join our Platform Products division. In this role, you will help ensure the quality and reliability of our products by supporting clear requirements, test planning, and acceptance criteria. You’ll work closely with developers and product owners to establish what “done” means for new features, and ensure that releases meet both functional and non-functional expectations.

Tasks

• Collaborate with the team to define testable requirements, acceptance criteria, and customer impacts.
• Review and validate user stories to ensure they are clear, consistent, and verifiable.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and QA documentation to ensure a thorough test automation process, including regression tests and smoke tests.
• Verify that implemented features meet agreed acceptance criteria before release and support the release process by ensuring quality checks are completed.
• Having regular QA communication with the team members about discovered issues, risks, and uncertainties, and tracking, prioritizing, and reporting defects to the development team
• Continuously learn about Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies to better support the QA process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and QA and its methodologies (functional, regression, acceptance, exploratory testing).
• Strong understanding of writing and reviewing acceptance criteria or test cases.
• Strong understanding of testing approaches, such as API, end-to-end, regression, manual, and automated testing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot gaps or inconsistencies in requirements.
• Strong understanding of Observability and Monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, etc) and Linux and command-line tools.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of automated testing frameworks or scripting (Go, Python, Bash).

Nice to Have

• Exposure to containers (Docker) and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of low-level architecture, programming, and networking.
• Experience using issue tracking/project management tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub Projects).
• ISTQB certification or similar QA foundation training.
