Tasks

• Support in setting up a new efficient filing and contract management system:
  • Identifying relevant contracts and entering them into the CRM system
  • Creating/updating "How To" guides and status reports
• Creating standard contracts and sending documents via DocuSign.
• Research on AI-supported contract creation.
• Maintaining master data of our customers and partners in various systems.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail when working with data is very important.
• Independence, organizational skills, and flexibility.
• Strong communication skills with creativity in problem-solving.
• Customer-oriented and service-minded.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and GSuite.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• You are available for at least 3-6 months.
