In this varied position, which is a 6-month fixed-term contract, you'll be an integral part of our Talent Team, supporting us during a maternity leave with the development and implementation of key projects in employer branding and HR processes.
You will work closely with colleagues from HR, Marketing, and IT, as well as with external service providers. You'll actively contribute to strengthening our employer brand and optimizing the employee journey.
Tasks
- Coordinate and continuously improve our onboarding experience, including our welcome package and buddy program.
- Maintain and further develop the global career website in close collaboration with the Federal Employment Agency and internal departments.
- Create, edit, and maintain content for our career website and external platforms.
- Manage external review platforms like Glassdoor and Kununu.
- Ensure and optimize the internal data structure (e.g., Google Drive) and the single source of truth for HR content.
- Assist with the design of job postings and the supervision of working students.
- Ensure compliance with data protection guidelines on the career website and in HR systems (Greenhouse).
- Contribute to other HR projects and ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree with a focus on HR, Marketing, or Communication Sciences.
- Initial professional experience in employer branding, human resources, or project management.
- Strong interest in digital solutions and shaping employer brands.
- Confident use of content management systems (e.g., TYPO3) and ideally with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse).
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Very good written and spoken German and good English skills.
