We are seeking a seasoned Recruitment Partner to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth and expansion in the customer operations sector. Ideally you will have a deep understanding of sales, customer support, and recruitment principles, as well as experience in structuring processes and stakeholder management in high-volume recruitment environments.

Tasks

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to fill a large volume of roles on time, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes that meet business needs.
  • Design and implement standardized recruitment processes and infrastructure to support current and future business growth, ensuring a future-proof foundation for recruitment excellence.
  • Deliver high-quality experiences for both candidates and interviewers throughout the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, to build a positive employer brand and reputation.
  • Infuse all recruitment activities and developments with a Center of Excellence mindset, striving for continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in all aspects of recruitment.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships with hiring managers, peers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment processes, align recruitment strategies with business objectives, and drive recruitment success.
  • Contribute to various projects aimed at increased recruitment efficiency, global collaboration, reporting, professionalization of global recruitment processes, upskilling of your peers and the implementation of various tools (e.g. AI tools in the end2end recruitment process).

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global and diverse environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic enterprise environment, with a proven track record of success in recruiting for customer-facing roles, and a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends in volume hiring.
  • Expertise in hiring for customer operations roles, including customer service, sales, and training, with a strong knowledge of recruitment marketing, talent sourcing, and recruitment strategies.
  • Proven ability to structure processes and manage stakeholders in high-volume recruitment environments, with a strong understanding of scalable recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Trusted and valued recruitment partner by candidates and hiring managers, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledgeable in sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, Boolean searches/X-rays, 3rd party tool providers, optional; experience in AI sourcing solutions
  • Results-oriented, easy-going, entrepreneurial, and passionate about recruiting, with a strong ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work with a high level of agency, autonomy, and proactivity, with a strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Experience working in a volume hiring environment, with a strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics, and the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
